Shipping Policy

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding US holidays). Tracking is emailed when your order ships.

Delivery (United States): US-warehouse items usually arrive 3-7 business days after shipping; items from other fulfilment partners 8-15 business days.

Shipping rates (United States): Orders of $100 or more ship free (Economy). Under $100, Economy shipping is $4.90 for parcels up to 5 lb and Standard shipping starts at $6.90. Final rates are shown at checkout.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels: If your order has not arrived within 20 business days, or arrives damaged, email amricavistallc@gmail.com with your order number and we will replace or refund.

Return & Refund Policy

Return most items within 30 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging. Email amricavistallc@gmail.com with your order number first. Customer pays return shipping unless the item was defective, damaged or incorrect. Refunds go to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the return.
