Shipping Policy

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding US holidays). You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time (United States): Items shipped from a US warehouse usually arrive in 3-7 business days after shipping. Items shipped from our other fulfilment partners can take 8-15 business days. The estimate shown on the product page and at checkout applies to your order.

Shipping rates (United States): Orders of $100 or more ship free (Economy). Under $100, Economy shipping is $4.90 for parcels up to 5 lb and Standard shipping starts at $6.90. Final rates are shown at checkout before you pay.

International: We ship to selected countries; available methods and rates are shown at checkout. Duties and import taxes, if any, are the buyer's responsibility.

Tracking: Tracking numbers are emailed when your order ships. Tracking can take 24-48 hours to update after the first scan.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels: If your order has not arrived within 20 business days, or arrives damaged, email us at amricavistallc@gmail.com with your order number (and a photo for damage) and we will replace the item or refund you.

Address errors: Please check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us immediately if you need to change it; we cannot change an address once the order has shipped.
